We had an EXCELLENT stay at this hip new hotel. When we checked in, a double room with great view was ready. The airport was 5 minutes drive away.

Perfect base for exploring Ciudad del Carmen. Spotless & warm rooms with great view, a big bathroom. Nice pool, parking on-site. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Convenient location for my purposes. Pretty close to the airport, 0.5 miles.

The service was good, I had 4 quiet nights here. The staff has always been accommodating and affable, and the facilities were great!

My room included a safe, TV, and a fridge. The pool area was lovely and the location was comfy, very close to the airport and the centre and the restaurant.

Whole place was clean with great views; comfy and peaceful location very close to the centre. Location: the hotel was right by the airport and mall, a mall and ciudad del Carmen. Moreover, I went to the lake, its 55 minutes walk away.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the comfortable bed and clean towels provided. the hotel's location was ideal as it was easy to access nearby shopping centers. I also appreciated the option for room service, which made it easy to relax and avoid the crowded eateries during the busy holiday weekend.

I was disappointed that many of the upper floors were not operating, leaving us with a room on the first floor and a view of the parking lot. The breakfast offered was subpar with the food wrapped in plastic and no waiter service.
